Before you order.
How is Nox different from buying from a trader or stockist?
You buy directly from the mill that makes the fabric. You know exactly where it comes from, every lot is tested before dispatch, and there are no middlemen adding their margin along the way.
Is this the same fabric global brands receive?
Yes. It’s woven, dyed and finished on the same machinery, under the same quality systems, at the same mill.
What does RFD mean?
Ready for dyeing. It’s finished, undyed fabric you can dye or print yourself, so you get mill-grade quality with full creative control.
What is the NOS programme?
NOS stands for “never out of stock”. We keep core qualities ready in 12 shades at all times. You can order when you need to, and reorder the same fabric whenever a style sells out.
Can I reorder exactly the same fabric next season?
Yes. Because everything is made at one mill, under one quality system, your repeat order matches your first. You can plan a bestseller across seasons instead of starting from scratch each time.
What happens as my label grows?
You stay with us. You can start with 100 metres and move up to full production runs at the same mill, to the same standards. You never need to change suppliers.
How do you make sure every lot is consistent?
Every fabric passes at least 94 quality checkpoints during manufacturing. We dye on continuous ranges, which means fewer lots and less shade variation, and a dedicated process lab keeps the colour consistent from lab to bulk.
Which fabrics do you offer?
Cotton, viscose, polyester, spandex, modal, TENCEL™ and linen blends, in a wide range of GSMs, constructions and finishes. Fabric is available as RFD, dyed or printed.
Can you match a fabric I’m already using?
Yes. Send us a reference swatch or tech pack, and we’ll match it from our running qualities or develop it for you.
Where is the mill?
In the Aligarh district of Uttar Pradesh, about two to three hours from Delhi. Our office is at 751 Udyog Vihar, Phase 5, Gurugram.
